1. Booking & Permits

All safari permits for Jim Corbett National Park are subject to availability and issued under the rules of the Uttarakhand Forest Department. Permits are non-transferable once booked.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation rules are governed by forest department regulations. Government permit fees are generally non-refundable once confirmed.

3. Visitor Guidelines

Visitors must abide by forest regulations during jeep/canter safaris, including maintaining silence, not littering, and following guide instructions.

4. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes are subject to the local jurisdiction of Ramnagar, Nainital, Uttarakhand.
