All jeep and canter safari entry permits are booked through the centralized forest department computer network. Once a permit is booked and confirmed against your identity details, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If an online transaction fails or a duplicate payment occurs due to technical glitches, the deducted amount is typically reversed automatically by payment gateways within 5-7 working days. For any processing disputes, you can contact our support line with transaction references.
