Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation and refund rules carefully before confirming your booking inquiry with Corbettjunglesafari.com (Private Agency).

1. Safari Permit Cancellation (Government Policy)

As per Uttarakhand Forest Department guidelines, once a safari permit is generated and issued by the official government booking system, it is strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable. No refund requests for the permit portion can be processed once issued.

2. Resort & Package Cancellations

For resort accommodations and customized package bookings, cancellations are subject to individual resort policies:

• 30 days or more before travel: 50% refund on resort package component.
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund on resort package.

3. Unforeseen Weather or Government Closures

In the event of heavy rains, natural disasters, zone closures, or sudden forest department directives resulting in safari cancellation, refunds or rescheduled entry depend entirely on forest department orders. Agency facilitation charges for services already rendered are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be credited back via the original payment method within 7-10 business working days.
